Questions
How the allowance works
- Do I need a subscription?
- “You don't need a subscription to generate up to 500 codes. If you require more codes, you can purchase a subscription for unlimited generation.”
- What counts toward the 500?
- Codes imported into Shopify, and codes still waiting to be imported. Failed and aborted codes don't count. Uploaded codes count the same as generated ones.
- What happens at the limit?
- A job that would go past the free allowance isn't trimmed to fit: it's refused as a whole, and the app asks you to subscribe.
- Is there a limit on Pro?
- No monthly limit. A single generated job is up to 1,000,000 codes.
- How do I change my plan?
- In the app, under Settings › Plan and billing: Manage plan opens Shopify's plan page for CodeBulk. Billing goes through Shopify.
